Our website does not sell or ship any physical products. Our service offers secure online access to web streaming services on a subscription basis; therefore we offer no form of returns agreement with our services.

Refunds
Refunds will not be provided once you have purchased information to access streams provided by third party. As such we have provided demo stream in order that you are able to view the stream quality and also test the compatibility of your system. If you wish to purchase and cannot access the demo streams please contact us and we will do our utmost to help advise what options you have available prior to purchasing.

We are aware some users, due to security settings on their system/firewall, or using wireless, routers etc. may not be able to view the sample streams or live streams. As no refunds will be offered once you have made a purchase, we suggest that you take this up with your system administrator and ensure you are able to play the sample streams prior to making any purchase.

No service - The services offered on our website are subject to cancellation due to matters out of our direct control; these include but are not limited to postponement or cancellation due to weather conditions. Whilst unfortunately no refunds can be provided due to circumstances out with our control, we are happy to offer credits for canceled events in the form of access to alternative events of no lesser value than price of canceled event and not higher than 3 times the value of canceled event.

If no alternative events are available during or within reasonable amount of time from date an event has been fully canceled you may apply credit at the original price paid towards future purchases.

On placing an order you are purchasing an access license to a subscribed period of time and we guarantee to honor your subscription for this period. If the event you have purchased occurs outside the subscribed period of time then we will do our utmost to arrange for your access to be rescheduled for when the event is shown. Refunds will not be provided for any events which do not occur or are rescheduled through no fault of our company. No refunds can be provided due to circumstances out with our control for any questions contact us .

Charge backs - All unsubstantiated and/or fraudulent chargeback requests will be prosecuted and collected to the furthest extent of the law under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). including $375 investigation fee, original transaction amount, recovery fee of $50 and any additional fees and charges inquired by Watch-Live-Cricket.com and its subsidiaries as a result of this chargeback claim. This information might be reported to Credit Bureau.

Cancellation
You can terminate your subscription user account at any time by emailing to admin

When you cancel your subscription user account we shall ensure your details are removed from our database. Your access to any active subscribed products assigned to your account would be deleted at this time and you would not be entitled to a refund.

We shall be entitled to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the service at any time should you breach any part of our terms and conditions agreement. All users are asked to agree to abide by our terms and conditions agreement at the time of ordering.
